Laos

Laos is a landlocked country in South-East Asia bordered by Thailand, Vietnam and Cambodia. It is well known for its rice fields, waterfalls, mountains and of course Buddhist Temples.
To start off, this is what you need to travel to Laos
Visa – As an Indian citizen you would need a visa. There are two options available – eVisa and Visa on Arrival cost of which is US $50 and $40 respectively. It is always advised to take the eVisa as that will provide you with a swift immigration. It takes only two business days and can be applied here
Our Itinerary was as follows:
Day 1 (6-Oct) : Fly from Mumbai to Luang Prabang, Laos (via Bangkok)
Day 2 (7-Oct) : Spend Day at Luang Prabang
Day 3 (8-Oct) : Day trip to Kuang Si Waterfalls
Day 4 (9-Oct) : Spend Day at Luang Prabang
Day 5 (10-Oct) : Travel by Train from Luang Prabang to Van Viang
Day 6 (11-Oct) : Travel by Train from Van Vieng to Vientiene
Day 7 (12-Oct) : Travel back from Vientiene to Mumbai (via Bangkok)
Day 1 (6-Oct) : Fly from Mumbai to Luang Prabang, Laos (via Bangkok)
